SAC publishes «Bulletin SAC» journal, enlightening the issues of attestation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel. The «Bulletin SAC» contains the information on the topics of the researchers’ dissertations, dissertation annotations, defense of doctoral dissertations, awarding academic degrees and academic titles, etc. The «Bulletin SAC» is published on the basis of its own costs. 

In order to ensure the transparency on attestation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel the issues of the SAC are reflected on the website of the SAC and the journal «Bulletin SAC».
